Description/Characteristics:
SOLUTION CEILING AND WALL CLEANER is a highly effective cleaner without enzymes, bleaching agents, micro-organismes and hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION® removes soil residues such as soot, smoke, oil, nicotine, wax, cooking vapors aerosol dirt layers and many other kinds of soiling from porous (acoustical tiles) and non-porous (metal, plastic, vinyl, treated wood, etc.) ceiling and wall surfaces by microsplitting the soil particles. Due to its chemical structure, the product may also be used in food processing areas, if applied in accordance with our instructions.

Application/Substrates:
SOLUTION can be applied to all water and colourfast surfaces made of natural and synthetic fibres, or wall papers painted with latex paint. Not applicable on humidity-sensitive plaster carton surfaces or not water-resistant colours/paints. Always pre-test surface to be treated in an inconspicuous area before proceeding.

Tools for application:
Electrical sprayer with a fan pattern spray nozzle or hand pump with fan pattern nozzle.
Preparation: SOLUTION is a concentrate. The solution may, depending on the degree of soiling, be diluted 1:1 - 1:20 with water. Use concentrate only in case of really heavy soiling. Apply with electrical sprayer or with hand pump. Hold the fan pattern nozzle about 20 cm from the surface while spraying, this guarantees the best result. Prior to spraying, cover humidity sensitive surfaces or items with a drop cloth and remove dust residues from air diffusers with a vacuum cleaner.

Porous surfaces , such as mineral fibre surfaces, have to be sprayed evenly. Do not wipe afterwards, as this could cause structural damage. Period for drying: between 2 - 4 hours. In case that, after drying, there appear residues/soiling shadows caused by extremely heavy soiling or if the product has been applied unevenly, repeat spraying. If applied in accordance with our instructions, the treatment does not cause any structural damage. The non-porous parts, such as ceiling grids, air vents, etc. need to be wiped off with a damp (water) cloth. Should a higher degree of brightness be desired, 10% hydrogenperoxide (30% solution) may be added to the ready to use solution (Please observe the protective instructions for hydrogen peroxide).
Non-porous surfaces: have also to be sprayed evenly and may immediately after spraying be wiped off with a damp (water) cloth or strip washer. In order to receive an optimal result, rinse cloth/strip washer several times when they become saturated. To control the cleaning result, wipe finally with a white cloth. Prior to spraying, cover the areas not to be treated for example by affixing cardboard, as shown in our demonstration video film (which is here available at your disposal and can be hired ). Often it is possible to work indirectly with washers (for example at difficult accessible points or in order to avoid spraying mist), as normally no set-up times are required. Brilliant/polished surfaces which may show water stains, for example stainless steel, should also be wiped off with a dry cloth.
Limited results may be expected in cases of a few materials, which, due to their chemical-physical structure, do not allow treatment without the danger of damage, i.e. "Wilhelmi" ceilings, porous paint structures, surfaces pre-damaged by heat. If the result - even after a prolonged set-up time - is not satisfying, the possibility of cleaning the material should be examined in an inconspicuous place. If no soiling is removed or if, after a short set-up time, the surface paint decomposes, the surface cannot be cleaned.

SOLUTION CEILING AND WALL CLEANER is non combustible and does not contain dangerous products according to Hazardous Substances Ordinance. No transport/storage restrictions. No MAK-value. SOLUTION is completely decomposable within the legal periods. In case the product is sprayed on a ceiling, protection of head, eyes and mouth is recommended. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
